The consultant hands you a spreadsheet
You get a gap assessment, a list of 140 things to fix, and an invoice. The work still has to be done by someone on your team.
We operate your entire security and compliance function on one monthly subscription: Compliance Experts, administrative and technical, a Compliance Platform, and an Operator to run it. We take you from start to certification, through the audit, and on into continuous monitoring. We run your compliance. You run your business.
An enterprise buyer wants your SOC 2 report before they sign. A renewal now depends on ISO 27001. A health system will not move without HIPAA evidence. Somewhere in your company, this has landed on a person who already has a full-time job.

Automated evidence collection is genuinely useful. It is also not a compliance program. Software does not chase your vendors or write your policies.
A compliance manager costs six figures, takes a quarter to find, and still needs engineers to actually close the technical gaps.
ComplianceOps is the third option: a managed compliance function you switch on this month, with a date on the calendar and money behind the result.
Compliance is a business risk, and we share it with you. We believe in our work so much that we put our own fees at risk to prove it.
This is our operational commitment. Ninety days from kickoff, your company is in a state where it can enter an independent audit. It is what we hold ourselves to internally and what we report against every week.
If you delay remediation, hold back evidence or leave required changes undone, the timeline moves accordingly. We will tell you the moment that risk appears — never at day 89.
Once you are audit ready, we share the financial risk of the outcome. If you do not pass the audit we prepared you for, we refund half of everything you have paid us.
That is half of every fee you have paid us for the engagement — not a share of what you paid your auditor. The precise terms live in your service agreement, and we would rather set them out now than surprise you later.
No, and anyone who promises that is misleading you. SOC 2 Type II requires an observation period, and certification bodies run on their own calendars. What we commit to is the part we control: on day 90 your company is ready to enter the audit.
The service is framework-agnostic, and that is deliberate. We do not sell a “SOC 2 service” and a separate “HIPAA service” — we operate the compliance function, and inside it you can run SOC 2, HIPAA, CMMC, NIST 800-171, NIST AI RMF, GDPR or several at once. Controls overlap heavily; running them in one program is cheaper than running them three times.
A platform automates evidence collection. It does not write your policies, chase your vendors, run your access reviews, argue with your auditor or fix your cloud configuration. Our platform is included — but the people operating it are what you are buying.
Core is a fully managed program for companies whose own IT and engineering teams can execute the technical work. Plus adds frequency and speed: more program reviews, faster escalation, hands-on coordination of remediation, and closer contact with your leadership and your auditor.
That is exactly what the ITOps and DevSecOps add-ons are for. Most consultants finish by telling you what engineering must fix. We can do the implementation ourselves — MDM, MFA and SSO, IAM, logging, cloud hardening, CI/CD security — and then evidence it in the same program.
No. The audit must be performed by an independent auditor, and that independence is the whole point of the exercise. We prepare you, assemble the package, sit with you through fieldwork, and answer what we can answer.
The subscription continues and so does the program: evidence keeps flowing, access reviews keep running, policies get reviewed, new employees get onboarded into compliance, and the next audit cycle is prepared long before it arrives. That is the entire reason this is a subscription and not a project.
Onboarding begins within days of signing, and the 90-day clock starts at kickoff. Book a scoping call and we will tell you honestly whether 90 days is realistic for your scope before you commit to anything.
Tell us the framework, the deadline and who is asking. We will come back with a scope, a price and a start date.
